New England Revolution fans have noticed that one player hasn’t been on the field in a while. What on Earth has happened to Diego Fagundez?
The last time that Fagundez has been on the field was at the end of October. The midfielder played 63 minutes in New England’s 1-0 loss to the New York Red Bulls. Then we saw Fagundez spend time on the bench as an unused sub in the last two matches of the regular season.
Since then Fagundez has not cracked the matchday roster. This comes on the heels of a source telling The Bent Musket that Fagundez has received offers from Liga MX, La Liga, other MLS clubs, as well as a contract extension from New England.
