A first half red card spoiled Boston City FC's debut, as the team ultimately fell 3-1 to Cosmos B. Yaw Addow, who was also ejected, scored for Boston, while a pair of own goals from Ronaldo Vieira and Lucas Augusto coupled with a Gonzalo Rodriguez header to produce the final score.
