The 2016 AFC Championship Game came down to a two-point conversion attempt by QB Tom Brady and the New England Patriots with just seconds left.
The Denver Broncos came out on the right end of the try, picking Brady off to seal a 20-18 win and a Super Bowl berth.
With the win, the Broncos will face the winner of Sunday night's NFC Championship Game clash between the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl 50 -- held two weeks from now at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
