While the Patriots hold the No. 3 overall pick, behind the Bears (No. 1) and the Commanders (No. 2), rumors swirled over the past month that they could be looking to trade back in the draft. However, NFL Insider Adam Schefter made his case for why the move is improbable for New England.
“I’m not gonna tell you they won’t, of course they would for the right offer,” he said on his show “The Adam Schefter Podcast.
