The hits keep on coming for the Patriots coaching staff.
Last weekend, Las Vegas Raiders coach Josh McDaniels hired two more assistants from the Patriots. McDaniels brought in wide receiver coach Mick Lombardi as his offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Carmen Bricillo to coach his offensive line in a lateral move. The former Patriots offensive coordinator already brought in Patriots assistant quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree to be the Raiders quarterbacks coach.
Add in longtime running backs coach Ivan Fears, who’s expected to retire, and Mac Jones and the Patriots offense will be working with a new group of coaches in 2022.
