While some see tension, Belichick feels energy. Coach Bill Belichick noted how the offseason program begins April 16, and he spoke of what he views as a positive vibe among the players who have been around already.
“I’ve spoken to quite a few players, and I think there is a good energy level,” Belichick said. “We have quite a few guys who are pretty regularly at the facility. Obviously it’s informal; they’re there kind of on their own.
