The New England Patriots shared a highlight video of their joint practice with the Washington Commanders on Wednesday.
It was a competitive practice that gave the Patriots a chance to test themselves against real opposition before the preseason opener. Things got scrappy during the practice at certain points, including one moment where Patriots coach Mike Vrabel came up bloodied after attempting to break up a scuffle between rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson and a Commanders player.
Outside of the minor brush-ups, it was a solid day overall for the Patriots, who seemed to have the Commanders' number at practice.
