Welcome to the 15th edition of Waiver Wired for the 2016 season. We are in the thick of the fantasy playoffs, and that brings some changes to the column.
First and foremost, pickups are heavily weighted by how much the player can help you this week. Stashes still have value, but the present is much more important in a one-and-done format. Secondly, the watch list has been replaced by a look at some of the best matchups to exploit the rest of the way in order to plan ahead for a potential championship. Finally, The Drop List has been dropped because any player not in the starting lineup – within reason – can be dropped for any player who will be in the starting lineup this week.
