Vince Wilfork is making the most of his retirement.
The former defensive tackle, who played 11 seasons with the Patriots, shared two videos to Instagram on Sunday commemorating what he said was his first time riding a bike in over 15 years.
In the first video, Wilfork starts a little shaky, trying to gain his balance, but eventually he picks up steam and shows off his skills. In the second, he attempts to stop, but has trouble doing so. Perhaps a post-football career as a cyclist isn’t in the cards.
The two-time Super Bowl champion, last listed at 6 foot 2, 325 pounds, retired in August 2017.
