Over the course of his NFL career, New England Patriots long snapper Joe Cardona has balanced life as a football player and a Lieutenant in the United States Naval Reserve.
Following Wednesday’s joint practice with the Carolina Panthers, Cardona’s second team was on full display as he conducted a special re-enlistment ceremony of a Navy Chief.
Donning his full military fatigues, Cardona swore in the Chief as members of the Panthers and Patriots came together and shared a round of applause.
