The New England Patriots are finally back in the NFL Top 100.
NFL.com revealed on Thursday that Patriots All-Pro cornerback Christian Gonzalez made their annual list of the top 100 players of 2025. There was obvious excitement over Gonzalez's placement on the list, but there was also some debate on him being ranked at No. 84.
The Patriots haven't had a good football team in years, and they haven't won more than four games in back-to-back seasons. However, Gonzalez looked like one of the best defensive players in the NFL, blanketing a who's who list of top-tier wide receivers in coverage.
