Nobody show this to a certain Philadelphia Eagles lineman, but the New England Patriots had fun on Tuesday.
Towards the end of practice, Quarterback Tom Brady was seen spraying his rookie teammates with a water hose.
The hose was part of a drill meant to teach ball security in rainy and slippery weather conditions.
Before the drill commenced, Patriots staffers soaked the field to create a “slip-n-slide” state.
After the soaking, the rookies began sliding through the grass and diving for footballs while Brady sprayed them with the hose to simulate rain.
The Providence Journal’s Mark Daniels shared a bit more insight;
According to TB12 Sports, the slip-n-slide drill is a tradition in training camp.
