Following ESPN’s most recent docuseries The Last Dance that featured one of the NBA’s greats in Michael Jordan, ESPN would like to continue their success by creating a series featuring one of the NFL’s best in Tom Brady and his career with the New England Patriots.
One of Brady’s many offseason endeavors has been creating a startup video production company called 199 Productions. The number 199 is significant, as Brady was selected 199th overall in the 2000 NFL Draft.
199 Productions, along with Gotham Chopra — who directed Brady’s Facebook documentary “Tom vs Time” — will be teaming up with ESPN and Disney in creating a docuseries about the success and Super Bowl experiences of Tom Brady called Man in the Arena.
