The New England Patriots announced three finalists for the team's Hall of Fame on Thursday. Kicker Adam Vinatieri, wide receiver Julian Edelman and guard Logan Mankins were the three finalists revealed.
Vinatieri was one of the most prolific kickers of all time. He played for 24 NFL seasons and made 599 career field goals with the Patriots and Indianapolis Colts. He has the most points scored in NFL history with 2,673. Most remember him for the game-winning kicks he made for the Patriots at Super Bowl XXXVI and Super Bowl XXXVIII.
Julian Edelman recorded 620 receptions for 6,822 yards and 36 touchdowns in 12 seasons with New England.
