The Patriots will tell you that they don’t listen to the noise. They’ll tell you that they don’t listen to the haters that say they’re overrated, or lucky. They say these things, but they’re lying, and the things they do show that. I, for one, love every second of it. This has been going on for years, maybe even before Rodney Harrison started saying that no one believed in them, even though they would go on to win back-to-back Super Bowls.
But I want to focus on what’s happened more recently. After their epic comeback, the Patriots put 283 diamonds in their Super Bowl LI ring.
