The Miami Dolphins needed offensive line help due to a slew of injuries. So they plucked a guard from the Cleveland Browns practice squad.
The Dolphins signed Cole Strange on Tuesday, just days before their Week 2 matchup with Strange’s former New England Patriots team, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported.
Strange spent his first three NFL seasons in New England after being drafted by the franchise in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft, but was waived by the Patriots in August ahead of cutdown day.
