Despite everything that has happened in recent years, it didn't take Robert Kraft long to reveal his greatest move as the owner of the New England Patriots.
"Getting Bill Belichick to come to the Patriots," Kraft said in an appearance on . "I gave up a No. 1 draft pick for a coach who had only won a little over 40 percent of his games in 1999. It was a big risk, and I got hammered in the Boston media. But I think we did okay."
Belichick was initially set to coach the New York Jets, but he wrote his resignation letter on a napkin after only spending a day on the job.
