Legendary tight end Rob Gronkowski is open to the idea of signing a one-day contract to retire as a member of the New England Patriots.
Gronkowski was in Boston for the grand opening of "Gronk Playground." Susan Hurley helps Gronkowski run his charities and is the founder of CharityTeams. She is currently fighting Stage IV cancer and has pushed for the tight end to retire with the Patriots.
Gronkowski admitted that he liked that idea "a lot" when speaking with media members.
"I like that a lot. The reason why we're really going to do that is because of Susan Hurley.
