This morning, we’re taking a look back at the career of former Patriots running back J.R. Redmond.

Selected by the Patriots in the third round of the 2000 NFL Draft, Redmond amassed 527 yards rushing, 263 yards receiving and three total touchdowns in three regular seasons with the Patriots.

As a rookie, Redmond saw more starting action than he would in the remainder of his NFL career, and that includes his two twilight seasons with the Oakland Raiders in 2003 and 2004.
