Ravens owner: I have not pressured Roger Goodell on Deflategate

The longer it takes NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to release his decision on Tom Brady's appeal of his four-game suspension, the more the stories, speculation and rumors pile up.

One of the latest to surface occurred during a radio appearance by ESPN's Sal Paolantonio. Paolantonio said that one of the issues making the decision so difficult for Goodell is that any reduction of Brady's penalty for his alleged part in the delfation of footballs prior to the AFC Championship Game will anger core owners, two of whom lost to Brady in the playoffs. Paolantonio went on to name both Colts owner Jim Irsay and Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti as two of those influential owners.
