We're officially in the dog days of the NFL offseason, staring at our clocks, counting down the seconds until teams report for training camp as sweat drips from our brow due to the ungodly heat wave that hit the U.S. over the last week.
And while some are lucky enough to be fans of a baseball team good enough to keep them engaged and distracted through summer, folks like me who root for the Pirates know that we'll be begging for August to get here by the end of May.
So, instead of watching poor Paul Skenes go 7 and two-thirds while giving up three hits and one run only to still somehow get a no-decision, I wanted to pour myself into making a gridiron crystal ball - looking ahead to the 2025 season and what will happen, but also the 2026 offseason and what every team will look like at this time next year.
