Pats Pulpit Podcast Episode 092: Patriots trounce the Broncos and head to Mexico City

Well, it’s hard to imagine the New England Patriots getting off to a better start to their second half of the season after they romped in Denver, taking down the Broncos 41-16.

It was the most complete game by the Patriots all season with the offense scoring in the red zone, the defense holding their fifth straight opponent to 17 or fewer points, and special teams scoring more points (17) than the Broncos did all game.

Rex Burkhead emerged as the lead running back, Martellus Bennett played a handful of snaps, and Stephon Gilmore did a great job covering Demaryius Thomas.
