The New England Patriots’ offense has produced well this season, but also suffered some injuries along the way. The latest came at the wide receiver position, with both Josh Gordon and Julian Edelman exiting the team’s Week 3 game against the New York Jets with injuries late in the first half. And while Gordon ultimately returned after halftime, Edelman remained nowhere to be seen. Shortly afterwards, the Patriots gave an update.
According to the team, the reigning Super Bowl MVP is questionable to return to the contest because of a chest injury.
