The New England Patriots offensive line has undergone multiple changes since the start of the season, and Sunday’s win over the Miami Dolphins saw the latest chapter in the ongoing story being written. After starting Walter Rouse at left guard, the Patriots made a switch at the half to insert Ben Brown into the lineup.
Brown finished the game at the position, and now seems like the frontrunner to remain in that role for the foreseeable future and until starter Alijah Vera-Tucker is cleared to return from injured reserve. Rouse, meanwhile, appears to be headed back to the bench after starting two games in place of Vera-Tucker.
