The New England Patriots and Los Angeles Chargers entered Week 13 with losing streaks of four and three games, respectively. One was bound to come to an end, and it was the Chargers’ thanks to a 6-0 win, the team has snapped its streak and improved to 5-7 on the year.
The Patriots, on the other hand, have now lost five in a row and are down to 2-10 on the season. It was more of the same for them: the defense played well enough to win, but the offense — this time led by Bailey Zappe in place of Mac Jones — struggled once more.
