The New England Patriots added to their defense as training camp quickly approaches.
The Patriots signed defensive tackle David Olajiga via the international player pathway, NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reported on Sunday.
The England native won’t count against New England’s 90-man roster until final cuts are made.
Olajiga signed with the Los Angeles Rams last year as an undrafted free agent. He was cut before the regular season but returned to the practice squad. While the 27-year-old didn’t appear in game in 2024, the Rams signed him to a reserve/future contract in January.
