Patriots' underdog wideout is crashing the 53-man roster in latest outlook

Roster battles are always one of the most exciting aspects of any training camp, and the Patriots will have several to pay close attention to this summer. It's not a luxury they've had much of over the last few years, especially on offense. But that will be one of their strengths leading up to Week 1, with the wide receiver competition being amongst the most captivating.

The team currently rosters 12 receivers with only a few easily deemed locks for the 2025 season: Stefon Diggs, Mack Hollins, and rookie Kyle Williams. There are arguments to be made for a few other players, like Kendrick Bourne and DeMario Douglas, but all are far from a secure spot on the team.
