FOXBOROUGH — "My blood is boiling.”
That's what New England Patriots rookie receiver Kyle Williams said when asked about his excitement for his first NFL regular-season game.
Throughout the preseason, he hasn't been as flashy as some of the others on the roster, but he has shown lots of promise. And with that, he has gotten the opportunity to work alongside some very established veterans, which he credits with helping him develop.
So, does he feel the team is ready for Week 1?
“It feels good. You can just see the energy in the locker room, how it just changed from preseason to regular season," Williams exclusively told Patriots Wire.
