The Patriots are reportedly finally on the board when it comes to adding a wide receiver in free agency.
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, New England is signing former Vikings wideout K.J. Osborn. Per Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer, Osborn is signing a one-year contract with the Patriots worth $4 million.
Osborn is entering his fifth season in the NFL, with the 5-foot-11 receiver out of the University of Miami spending his first four years in Minnesota. Slotted further down on the depth chart behind the Vikings’ top weapons like Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen, Osborn averaged 52.
