Before the start of their training camp late last month, the New England Patriots announced their official coaching staff heading towards the 2020 NFL season. Shortly thereafter, they also released the rest of their organizational structure for the upcoming campaign — including some changes to their front office and scouting departments in light of the offseason departure of college scouting director Monti Ossenfort to the Tennessee Titans.
While Ossenfort’s role within the Patriots remains unoccupied for the time being, the team did promote another member of its personnel department: Dave Ziegler, who had served as New England’s director of pro personnel for the previous four seasons, will now work as its assistant director of player personnel.
