Patriots’ Mike Onwenu ‘Feels Good’ About New-Look Offensive Line

The New England Patriots are searching for answers along their offensive line after what has become years of less-than-stellar play.

With Mike Vrabel now at the helm, a complete overhaul is taking place. Vrabel has proven to be serious about addressing the issue of protecting quarterback Drake Maye. With left guard Cole Strange and right guard Mike Onwenu returning, at least five new players are expected to compete for starting positions.

Veteran offensive tackle Morgan Moses and center Garrett Bradbury were brought in through free agency, with three more additions from the 2025 NFL Draft: LSU first-round OT Will Campbell, Georgia third-round C Jarred Wilson, and Missouri seventh-round OT Marcus Bryant.
