Undrafted rookie running back Lan Larison was officially placed on injured reserve, and rookie safety Josh Minkins was released. The team signed running back Deneric Prince and rookie defensive end Jereme Robinson in corresponding moves.
Larison was a dark horse candidate with a real chance of making the team. So seeing his run cut short due to an injury is tough. Prince recently spent time in the UFL with the Memphis Showboats, and he'll now have an opportunity to carve out a spot for himself with the Patriots.
Minkins signed on with the Patriots as a rookie free agent.
