Edelman discussed his pregame hygiene rituals on a recent episode of his podcast “Games with Names” when the topic of gameday showers came up. Did the former Patriots receiver shower before games? Oh, you bet he did.
“I shower like five, six times before a game. I like to wake up, shower. I like hot water on my face. That helps me wake up.
