SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - On Sunday at the MGM Springfield, the casino hosted a party for the big game in their sports book lounge where folks placed their bets on the big game alongside a New England Patriots legend.
New England Patriots’ Hall of Fame linebacker Steve Nelson took the trip to Springfield to watch Super Bowl 58 alongside New England Patriots’ fans and folks trying to cash in their bets for the big game.
Nelson told us, “It’s kind of like going back in time. It’s really been fun for me because I don’t get out a lot, especially with the Super Bowl, we’re the first team to represent New England in the Super Bowl.
