The New England Patriots got the last laugh on their road trip to Eagan to take on the Minnesota Vikings.
After going toe-to-toe with the Vikings for two joint practices at training camp, the Patriots handed them a 20-12 loss at U.S. Bank Stadium on Saturday.
The Vikings held out many of their key starters, while the Patriots opted to play their starters for two drives for a second straight week. Drake Maye started the game off shaky with a couple of overthrown passes and a near interception.
However, he bounced back by leading the team to a touchdown on the ensuing drive.
