Former New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is expected to sign a one-year deal ahead of minicamp to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.
That puts the legendary quarterback in the New England Patriots' crosshairs when the Steelers travel to Foxborough for a Week 3 matchup in the 2025 season. Rodgers went 1-1 against the Patriots with the Jets last season. He racked up 3,897 passing yards, 20 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in a year where the team finished with a 5-12 record.
