Patriots DT Davon Godchaux couldn’t hide frustrations after shutout loss

New England Patriots defensive tackle Davon Godchaux summed up his frustrations on Sunday, following his team’s 6-0 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

The offense struggled throughout the entirety of the day. Quarterback Bailey Zappe went 13-of-25 on the afternoon, throwing for 141 yards. New England only managed 257 yards of total offense.

The defense did their part on the afternoon, holding the Chargers to 241 total yards and 5-of-15 on third-down conversions. They also only allowed 29 rushing yards on the afternoon.

Still, it wasn’t good enough, and the Patriots dropped their fifth game in a row.
