Patriots-Chiefs postponed: Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears move into CBS' 4:25 p.m. slot Sunday

The Week 4 game between the Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears will move to 4:25 p.m. on CBS Sunday after the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs had their game postponed due to positive COVID-19 test results.

The Colts and Bears were originally set for the 1:00 p.m. slot.

Saturday’s change came after the coronavirus pandemic reached the Patriots. Quarterback Cam Newton reportedly tested positive for COVID-19. New England players were alerted Saturday morning and were brought in for additional testing.

“Several additional players, coaches and staff who have been in close contact with the player received point of care tests this morning and all were negative for COVID-19,” the Patriots wrote in a statement.
