In the upcoming NFL Draft, there is another great player from that Georgia defense, who is just incredibly fun. Quay Walker will get drafted after Nakobe Dean but has the potential to be just as good, if not the better player.
How does Walker fit in New England?
Well for starters, New England has made it clear that they want to add some athleticism on defense. The Patriots released Kyle Van Noy, and Dont’a Hightower remains unsigned on the open market. The rest of the players under contract beyond 2023 are unproven, such as Cameron McGrone and Anfernee Jennings, special teamers like Jahlani Tavai and Harvey Langi, or a veteran coming off of a serious knee injury in Raekwon McMillan.
