The two remaining undefeated teams, the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers, both lost outright despite being a touchdown or more favorite.
The 49ers jumped out to an early 10-0 lead against the Browns, but couldn't hold on as kicker Jake Moody just missed it wide right to give Cleveland a 19-17 victory.
Later in the day, Philadelphia was shutout in the second half in a 20-14 loss against the New York Jets.
