N’Keal Harry was a surprise absence at Patriots practice Wednesday morning.
The wide receiver had been a full participant in each of the team’s first two padded practices and showed no obvious injury, actually speaking with the media after practice on Tuesday. With no preseason this summer, missing time at camp isn’t ideal for a player looking to make a second-year leap.
The Patriots had seven other players missing too: Sony Michel, Lamar Miller, Anfernee Jennings, Jeff Thomas, Beau Allen, Derek Rivers, and Tashawn Bower. All of them except Rivers missed Tuesday’s session too.
