The New England Patriots have reportedly done their due diligence on a potential trade for Cincinnati Bengals star pass rusher Trey Hendrickson, but according to NFL insider Josina Anderson, the team feels like the price is "too much" right now.
This news comes a day after Patriots executive vice president of player personnel Eliot Wolf claimed the team was willing to trade a second or even first-round draft pick in exchange for the right player. An earlier report stated the Bengals were looking for a 2026 first-round pick and a young defensive player in return for Hendrickson.
