Despite drawing headlines after being taped in a now viral video on a boat, Stefon Diggs reportedly isn’t going to be parting ways with the Patriots any time soon.
Speaking on “The Insiders” Monday, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Diggs’ standing with the Patriots is still secure — even after drawing the ire of head coach Mike Vrabel last week after being spotted on a boat in Florida with an unidentified substance.
“They intend to pay him a lot of money,” Rapoport said Monday of Diggs’ status in New England. “They haven’t yet, but they intend to pay him a lot of money especially after he passed the physical from his ACL recovery.
