As the Patriots limp to the regular-season finish line with a bare bones offense, the opportunities continue to present themselves for those who began the season on the depth charts.
Keshawn Martin figured to play a bigger role this season, but a hamstring injury derailed him from October through late November, his return coming a few weeks after the loss of Julian Edelman.
Martin has eased his way back into playing time with a handful of catches each of the last four weeks along with time on kick and punt return.
But on Sunday in New York, he saw his most action yet with seven catches for 68 yards and one rush for six yards.
