Arguably the biggest loss for the New England Patriots this offseason was Nate Solder signing with the New York Giants. As the left tackle, replacing Solder is going to be no easy task for the Patriots.
With training camp starting up soon, the Patriots still don’t know who will be their left tackle, as they will likely be choosing between Isaiah Wynn and Trent Brown. However, seeing the contract that Solder received from the Giants, it is certainly understandable why the Patriots let him go.
Solder hit the jackpot with the Giants, as he signed a four-year, $62 million deal this offseason.
