The 2025 New England Patriots have little resemblance to the lackluster 2024 version. That team was flawed from the outset, plagued by poor offseason decision-making and a resulting roster that placed at the bottom of the NFL pile.
Fortunately, Mike Vrabel entered the picture in January and instituted a vaunted "culture" change. While some of the better players remain, wholesale changes in personnel and attitude are now the norm at Gillette Stadium. It's Vrabel's way or the highway.
That translates off the field into a team-first attitude of camaraderie and selflessness. Me-first players will be shown the door in a hurry, whether they're starters or benchwarmers.
