Throughout the offseason, there has been a lot of talk about how the Patriots' offense will fare during the upcoming season for a number of reasons. Analysts and fans continue to question if enough work was done to put the group in a better position to succeed than they were just one year ago, especially with the receiving corps.
The group is expected to be led by Stefon Diggs, who was signed in free agency, along with DeMario Douglas and rookie Kyle Williams. But Diggs' availability for the season opener and beyond has long been a concern, with no answer in sight, even more so since he has been away from training camp recently.
