When the Patriots announced they had signed free-agent wide receiver Mack Hollins, there wasn't much excitement from fans or the national media. While he had been a solid option for quarterbacks throughout his career, as he spent time with the Bills, Falcons, and Raiders in recent years, he wasn't the flashiest name or most productive weapon the team could have signed.
But much of that has changed since he took the field with Drake Maye, and before suffering an abdominal injury against the Ravens in Week 16, he recorded the second- most receiving yards and catch percentage of his career.
