New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel revealed that running back Rhamondre Stevenson is dealing with an injury he suffered during the preseason game against the Washington Commanders last Friday.
It is not considered a significant injury
Stevenson recorded seven carries for 36 yards, averaging 5.1 yards per carry against the Commanders. The timing of the injury is unfortunate given how well rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson has performed in training camp and the preseason.
Could we be looking at a situation where Henderson surpasses Stevenson on the depth chart?
Stevenson is coming off a disappointing 2024 season, recording 801 rushing yards and averaging only 3.
