The New England Patriots will have some friends opposing teams to play with come August.
Mike Vrabel confirmed as much on Tuesday, revealing his squad would host the Washington Commanders for joint practice sessions to kickstart the preseason, before heading on the road for sessions with the Minnesota Vikings.
“The Washington Commanders will come here and then they’ll play us, and then we are excited to go to Minnesota,” Vrabel said, per team-provided video. “It’s a good setup that they have. It allows for great work. The Vikings have an excellent football team, and we have worked with them before, so we’re excited to go back up there.
